The Bride's Cafe is a blog about all things wedding and all things inspirational. Hi, I'm Janie, owner and lead designer of Janie Medley Flora Design and the creator of The Bride's Cafe. For the past two years I have been designing flowers for weddings and events and for the past few months I have become obsessed with some of the most wonderful blogs. What a great "go to" resource when searching for vendors and inspirations for your wedding day or just a fun place to hang out and have a cup of mocha or tea and just enjoy!

This is what I hope you will find at TBC, I want you guys to come and hang out and be inspired and hopefully find the beautiful bouquet, the awesome photographer, the "oh yeah, this is the wedding gown I have been dreaming of", and the perfect invitation that sets the scene of what your wedding will become.

Before I go on I have to thank four very special ladies that have been an inspiration to me, Abby of Style Me Pretty, Pam of House Martin , Anne Chertoff of ido ivillage, and Kelly of Glamour This. A special thanks to Kelly for designing my banner, great job Kelly, I love, love, love, it! A huge thanks to my friends and family for always being here for me. Okay, let's get started, the cafe is officially open!

I'm excited to tell you guys that I will be featured in the premiere issue of Ines Del Mar Weddings magazine due out in a couple of weeks. It is truly an honor to be featured in the bridal magazines and it's always a thrill to see my designs come alive on the pages for all of you to see. So I was asked by the editors to submit a few bridal bouquets and below are a few photos taken by the talented and oh so sweet Justine Ungaro. Our models for the day were Katie, who is featured below and tomorrow I will feature Maria. Thanks again ladies, you both were wonderful and so beautiful. Our makeup artist for the shoot was Erika Nixon and hair by J'De Hobbs. I have to give a huge thanks to my friend Dee who let us hang out at her beautiful home all day to stage the shoot and when I say all day.......it was all day! We had a ball and I can't wait until the magazine comes out, but until then.........Enjoy!!!!!!!
