I'm sure you all know Warren's story....in 2000 he left his career as an attorney to pursue his dream and started his own business....fast forward to 2006, he received the Small Business Person of the Year award for Washington, DC.

I am drooling. I love that there is no fondant! I think that fondant makes the cake look pretty, but I want it to taste as good as it looks. There is nothing wrong with good ol fashion buttercream for an inside affair. Butter melts in heat, so will your icing if it is hot where you cake will be displayed! Butter cream is only good for cool events.
