I received an email from Leslie of Elle F Designs last week and I'm so glad I did...I immediately added her to The "J" List....Leslie designs the most beautiful and unique wedding cake toppers and I couldn't wait to share them with you today. Leslie shared with me that her wedding cake toppers are an update to the traditional bride and groom toppers of the past...they are hand-crafted and customize to the bride and groom's needs.  Leslie uses antique and vintage trims to create a truly unique, whimsical and modern take on an old idea.  Let's check out Leslie's beautiful toppers....Enjoy!

I Heart Roses Petite Maison

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend...I want to start off the week with  The "J" List....and I'm excited because The "J" List find was sent to me by Elizabeth Messina..and you guys know how much we love Elizabeth...so when I received an email from her letting me know about Rosemary Olson and her beautiful "crowns"...I couldn't wait to share them with you. 

Rosemary shares her story with us..."I started making glittery items for my daughter's wedding last October.  I did all of the calligraphy, table numbers, etc. and I made a beautiful brown "thank you"sign for a picture and they used it for the thank you notes.  I showed the pictures to the owner of Garden Memories, a boutique in Ventura.  She asked if I could make some glittery signs for her shop...I did.  Next I came up with the cute little vintage looking boxes that I called the "wish box".  I used glitter and vintage paper to embellish them and  inside every box was a "wish ticket".  They started to catch on, so I decided to try wands, crowns, initials,  Fleur De Li's, signs, tags, etc.  I wanted the crowns to be elegant and they started to catch on....people were asking for special orders for birthdays, weddings, etc.  I design all the items either with vintage paper or some element of vintage.  Some of the crowns are entirely encrusted with vintage German glass glitter.  My designs can be purchased in a few shops, as well as purchasing them right off my blog site Roses Petite Maison."

I'm loving them...all so beautiful and they would be so adorable for the flower girls to wear in the wedding!

And the smaller crowns are perfect for cake toppers!

The "J" List!

   

What's the The "J" List....it's a list of some of my favorite finds and I want to share them with you!  I'm excited about this feature and I hope you will be too...I have two wonderful finds for you today...first up....Ring Bearer Pillows by Anna Whitford...the elegant ring cushions are hand made and are individually unique.  The sculpted flower is made from either soft faux suede or metallic leather and the underlying petals are made from  complementing felt and hand sculpted on a silk dupion.  At the center of the sculpted flower are two satin ribbons, which ties both His and Her wedding rings.  Due to the hand made quality, the brides-to-be are able to pick and choose the color of the  wedding ring cushion and the style of flower to suit their wedding theme.
